Established by Colin Mc Ateer in 2009, we have been at the forefront of promoting the use of environmentally friendly funeral products in Ireland. In 2010, we opened our sister company, The Green Graveyard Company, Ireland's first natural burial ground located on the picturesque Carlow/Wexford border. This environmentally conscious initiative aims to provide a final resting place for loved ones that is in harmony with nature, and we take great pride in being a part of it.

Since we started our company we have been delighted to get publicity from many national and regional radio stations and newspapers (see our media page). This has increased awareness that "Green" funeral-related products are available.

Funeral directors all over Ireland have stocked some of our range (see our stockist page) allowing them to be readily available which is important given the short time frame of a traditional Irish funeral. We also offer a next working day delivery service via courier.

Since 2009 our team and our product range have grown significantly. As Ireland's leading supplier, and the only supplier to have a full-time weaving team, we stock the largest range in terms of sizes and materials and can make bespoke options upon request.
