What Are the Delivery Charges?

Ireland and Northern Ireland

For deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland, we charge a standard rate of €4.95, delivery on orders over €100.00 is free when using the code FREE200.

Europe

For deliveries within Europe, we apply a fixed-rate shipping fee of €30.00. You need to contact us to order outside of Ireland and NI.

Rest of the World

If you reside outside Europe, there is a €90.00 delivery charge. Please be aware that your country may impose additional shipping fees and customs duties. To understand the specific regulations regarding duty charges, kindly consult your local customs office.

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive?

Ireland

Our standard delivery timeframe within Ireland typically spans 1 to 3 working days. However, please take note that some of our personalised urns are crafted on demand, which can extend the delivery window to between 2 and 5 working days.

Europe

For European deliveries, our standard delivery period typically falls within 5 to 15 working days. However, please take note that some of our personalised urns are crafted on demand, which can extend the delivery window to between 10 and 20 working days.

Rest of the World

Deliveries to the Rest of the World usually take between 13 and 17 working days. However, please take note that some of our personalised urns are crafted on demand, which can extend the delivery window to between 20 to 25 working days.
