Please note that returns are not available for personalised products, such as bespoke engraved keepsake urns. Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping costs for international orders.

Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery for you to return an item if you've had a change of heart. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
