Green Coffins Ireland.

Green Coffins Ireland.

At Green Coffins Ireland we are extremely proud to have been at the forefront of promoting Environmentally Friendly Coffins here in Ireland and further afield. So much so that these "Eco Coffins" are commonly referred to as Green Coffins after our company name.

We could not have done this with our limited budget without the help of the media. Below is just some of the articles written about us.

Newspaper Print

The Leitrim Observer

An article from away back in 2009 - it's interesting to look back and see how far we have progressed in a few years.

The Journal

www.TheJournal.ie included us in an article on what is new in the funeral industry

The Irish Examiner

The Irish Examiner ran an article on the Willow Weaving training Programme we ran in 2011.

Old Moores Almanac

As one of our favourite magazines we were delighted to make an appearance

Network Ireland Magazine

In 2012 a team from Network Ireland visited us at Woodbrook Natural Burial Ground.

The Irish Independent

Read an article in relation to the opening of our eco-graveyard in the Irish Independent.

Radio

Ray Darcy Show

When the Ray Darcy show asked for people to ring in to get free publicity for new businesses in 2009 someone (Gavan) told them they should speak to us. Although we did not make the short list for the free advertising we were asked to take part in a discussion a couple of days later on the subject of Green Coffins.

Mooney Goes Wild

We were invited to discuss our new venture when the Mooney show came to The Grianan Theatre in September 2010. In front of a packed theatre, we had a long chat and great fun.

Mark Patterson Show BBC NI

Just after starting our business, we got asked to visit the BBC offices in Derry. Mark as always asks all the questions. Listen to the podcast on the BBC website.
